I was born in Wokingham, Berkshire, England in 1966, (the year England Won the World Cup!). I spent the majority of my childhood living in the Berkshire village of Compton. I attended both the schools in the village, Compton Church of England Primary School and the Downs School (leaving with the equivalent of 8 'O' levels) . I then continued my education at St Bartholomew's School, Newbury. At this stage I decided not to go to University which was a good thing really considering my A level results were appalling!
	For the next 2 years I worked for 2 food retailers; Gateway Foodmarkets in Newbury and then SavaCentre in Reading before deciding that it was time to do something with my life! In the autumn of 1986 I got a job as an Assistant Scientific Officer at the National Radiological Protection Board. After working there for 4 years I took up a role of the same title but this time working for the Forensic Science Service (FSS). During my employment with these 2 companies I was fortunately allowed to continue my education and after a period of 8 years day release study I achieved a BSc ( Hons ) Degree in Scientific Computing.
	In March 1997 I accepted redundancy terms from the FSS and started a career in the IT Industry where I have been working ever since.
	I currently live in Oxfordshire, England, with my wife Gaelann, we got married on the 3rd June 2004 at the Springs Hotel and I am employed as a Software Developer by 2e2 Solutions
	My spare time is devoted to football, I am supporter of my local football team Reading FC (offical website or unoffical website) and congratulations to the team on their promotion last season to the Premiership for 2006/07 season.
